DOSE Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm engineering design services for alteration work at the Northern Manor which is a SENIOR CITIZEN HEALTHCARE CENTER including a retirement community, assisted living, skilled nursing centers, home care, adult day health centers and community outreach. The design includes various equity, sustainability, resiliency and health living considerations including high efficiency mechanical, plumbing and lighting systems selected to provide good illumination level with low glare, back-up power for egress lighting, automatic lighting and temperature control, high MERV rating air filters selected for maximum contaminant control for the occupancy.
