QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>
\n<\/span>We are experts\u00a0in technical know-how. Our staff possesses strong technical skills when\u00a0performing analyses, recommendations, and design. \u00a0We have been commissioned for a wide range of building systems including, but not limited to, mechanical systems, electrical systems, lighting systems, fire alarm and protection systems, energy conservation, retrofit, and value engineering\/life-cycle costing. Our ability to turn recommendations into cost-effective design solutions has earned us a reputation for design excellence by our peers and clients. Preparation of MEP engineering drawings and specifications documents include the use of sophisticated computer software such as computer-aided design (CAD) software, building information modeling (BIM) software, lighting (foot-candle) and hydraulic calculations software as well as\u00a0Microsoft Office.<\/h3>\n

We are are experts\u00a0on federal, state, and local codes, rules and regulations. These include NYC Construction Codes, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and NYC Fire Department (FDNY) rules. In addition, we are specialists on any regulations and guidelines that relate to various standards including but not limited to the CSI, NFPA, ASHRAE, IESNA, ANSI and USGBC (LEED). Members of our staff are personally vested in sustainability. Our Leaders are LEED Accredited Professionals by the U.S Green Building Council (USGBC). Particularly, Mr. Anostere Jean, the Company\u2019s President and Founder has volunteered many hours of his time in helping NYC update its Energy Code 2016 in its pursuit of reducing greenhouse gas emissions of 80 percent from 2005 levels by 2050, and reducing commercial waste 90 percent by 2030. We always ensure the design guidelines and requirements of our Clients are meticulously incorporated into our products in order to\u00a0deliver a package that fully satisfies our clients.<\/h3>\n

CERTIFICATIONS<\/strong>
\n<\/span>The company has a minority business enterprise (MBE) and disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) certification status with a number of governmental organizations including, but not limited to, the New York City Small Business Services, the New York State Department of Economic Development, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
